Among the topics that will be discussed will be applying for grants to write your plan, the new FEMA Planning Guidance requirements, using the State Hazard Mitigation Plan (SHMP) as a resource and how to adopt your LHMP into the Safety Element of your General Plan (AB 2140). There will be time allotted to ask questions and the presentation and materials will be distributed to all participants.
